Next, we ride up to the beautiful village of Kourouklata, where we stop at a stunning viewpoint. Here you’ll see a fallen church bell, a powerful symbol of the 2014 earthquake’s impact. This area offers an incredible view over the Ionian Sea and the nearby hills – a perfect photo stop and a moment to reflect on Kefalonia’s history.

✅ Saint Spyridon Monastery by the Sea
After that, we head down near the coast to visit the Monastery of Saint Spyridon. This peaceful and little-known place offers one of the best views of the sea and surrounding cliffs. It’s a quiet and spiritual spot, surrounded by nature, ideal for taking a break and enjoying the beauty of the island.
